Fedou Hair Collection does not offer refund. All sales are final. For  even exchange if items are still in new condition , unworn, unaltered and free of damages. For an even exchange mail out items and we will review your items within a couple days. After 7 days item can not be returned or exchanged. All items must be returned in the original packaging or we will not be able to accept them. ALL UNDER GARMENT AND WIG PURCHASES ARE FINAL.
